Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your WhatsAppReach subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no cancellation fees, no lock-in periods, and no penalties for cancelling.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- From your dashboard:Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your cancellation takes effect immediately.
- By email: Send a cancellation request to support@whatsappreach.com with your workspace name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
3. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). You are not charged again.
- You retain full access to all features until the billing period ends.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current period (see our Refund Policy for refund eligibility).
- After the billing period ends, your workspace moves to a read-only state. You can still log in and export your data, but you cannot send campaigns or compose new messages.
4. Data After Cancellation
Your data (contacts, messages, campaigns, analytics) is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription to restore full access, or request a data export.
After 90 days, your workspace data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you need your data exported before deletion, contact us at support@whatsappreach.com.
5. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the 90-day retention period by logging into your dashboard and selecting a new plan. All your data, contacts, and campaign history will be restored immediately.
6. Beta Users
If you are on a free beta plan, you can stop using the Service at any time without cancelling. No payment is involved. When the beta period ends, you will be prompted to select a paid plan or your workspace will move to read-only.
7. Account Deletion
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data immediately (without the 90-day retention), email privacy@whatsappreach.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process full deletion within 30 days as required by applicable data protection laws.
