What happens after the beta period?
Your workspace stays active. You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue. No data is lost — everything you've built during beta carries over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription page. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What are AI compose credits?
Each credit lets you use the AI enhance feature to rewrite or improve a WhatsApp message draft. Credits reset monthly per user.
What counts as a message?
Each outbound message sent through a campaign counts toward your monthly limit. Replies you receive don't count. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
What currencies do you support?
Prices are displayed in ZAR and USD. You can switch currencies on the pricing page and at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your subscription page. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
