Refund Policy

1. Overview
This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through WhatsAppReach.
2. Beta Period
The first 100 workspaces receive 2 months of free access. No payment is charged during the beta period, so no refund applies. After the beta period ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 14 days, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for monthly plans.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your annual payment if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for annual plans. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid year.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, email us at support@whatsappreach.com with your workspace name and the email address used at signup. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, including abuse of the platform, spam, or prohibited use cases.
7. Plan Changes
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, the new rate takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in the current period. Upgrades take effect immediately.
